Voxer Pro, PTT, Push to Talk

If you’ve got a paid Voxer Pro Business account (purchasable from the Voxer website), you can take advantage of the latest update rolled out from the Voxer offices for both Android and iOS versions of the popular push to talk app.

The iOS version was pushed to version 2.7.0 and features improved audio quality and messaging capabilities. The company also released some fixes for crashes and swatted a few bugs.

The Android update is a little more complex. It does feature some audio improvements similarly to the iOS version, particularly where noise cancellation is concerned. It also features bug fixes. However, the most notable difference and improvement is the new ability to use Live Interrupt mode on up to five chats at one time. Audio messages from those chats will be streamed in real time even when you are not in Voxer and when the screen is locked.

In addition, users can mark one chat as a priority chat, which will send received voice messages to the priority chat instead.

These features are all now available in the latest version of Voxer for Business, which can be downloaded via Google Play and iTunes
