Many Tru SIM users have been wondering about the coverage of the GSM service and in which countries they can travel and still keep in touch with those who matter most. We got a tip about the coverage map being posted on the Truphone website, which shows that Tru has indeed been listening.
The Tru SIM GSM coverage map (shown above), gives an overview of the countries in which Tru SIM users are covered. Countries in dark blue are those countries in which Tru offers the very best rates while those countries in light blue still offer competitive roaming rates. The gray countries are of course countries in which the Tru SIM service does not work.
The page on the website also breaks the coverage map and the savings down in a very user friendly manner, even going so far as to list the very few countries in which Tru SIM service is not provided.
