Toward the end of last week, Nimbuzz released its latest update for the iPhone version of its popular calling and messaging application. The update adds some new features that the developer describes as “interesting” in a bid to make users want to spend even more time in the app.
The first change is based on feedback Nimbuzz received from its users. The new Nimbuzz update will let you store all your chat conversations and share them via email, which is a great way to back up your conversations for you to look back on and enjoy at a later date, but could also be shared with a friend or family member.
Nimbuzz users on the iPhone can also mute individual group chats and chartrooms.
Nimbuzz has also changed the look and feel of the application, particularly when it comes to the Chat Room. The new UI makes it easier to access widely used functions such as blocking or adding friends and viewing profiles, all of which are accessible by tapping on a user’s avatar or a chat bubble.
Of course, where would an update such as this be without some minor improvements and bug fixes, both of which are also slipped in to the new version, which is available now in iTunes.
