Have you ever wanted to animate yourself in a message to your friend? Or maybe send an animation of your dog doing something really odd that just can’t be duplicated in a still shot? Pinger has you covered with the release of its new GIF Chat, combining animated GIF graphics and unlimited text-based messaging.
GIF Chat users can interact with other users across any app that utilizes the Pinger Network
The app takes a tiny bit of inspiration from Snapchat and Squawk Messenger in that the GIFs can be set to self-destruct after being viewed. GIF Chat users can control who sees their video content and how many times it can be viewed. Users record up to 6-seconds of video, set the video speed, add text and determine the number of loops the recipient can view before it disappears. The app instantly creates a unique animated GIF that can be sent privately to another GIF Chat user or anyone on any app on the Pinger Network, the company’s unified messaging and monetization platform.
GIF Chat is the first app developed for use on the Pinger Network, which allows users of all Pinger apps to communicate for free with one another, regardless of the Pinger app they’re using.

The Pinger Network and the interoperability of Pinger apps are critical elements of the company’s global expansion strategy. Consumers have demonstrated their interest in installing and using multiple messaging apps if they have the features they desire.
GIF Chat is just the beginning of the Pinger Network
Pinger will be introducing other apps alongside GIF Chat in the near future that it hopes will make it easier for customers to stay in touch with their network circles. Users will have a universal messaging inbox that can be accessed in any of the company’s apps, while also providing the aforementioned unlimited Pinger Network connectivity. Two of these apps include voice and texting app JukeVox Messenger, which allows users to apply sound effects to voice messages, and Free Style Messenger, which allows users to customize text-based messages with fonts, colors, and animations.
