LINE app, LINE VoIP and messaging, LINE for Android

LINE users in Japan were pleased to discover a brand new music service tailored just for them launching in Japan. With LINE Music, you can look forward to over 1.5 million tracks from Japanese and international artists, which will expand to about 5 million by the end of the year according to the company. In 2016, the service will include over 30 million tracks.

Exclusively on Android and iOS for now, the service will be available for free for the first two months and then will set you back a monthly fee of 1,000 yen (about $8) and you can pay half that price and have 20 hours of streaming to enjoy.

LINE Music wouldn’t be a great LINE service if it didn’t allow users to socialize with one another in some way; you can send tracks and playlists to your LINE friends.

The service, also available in Thailand, can be accessed via the web or you can download it for iOS here and for Android here.
