OneSimCard, OneSim Roaming, OneSimCard Direct

Ready to roam? Belmont Telecom, the makers of the OneSimCard roaming SIM and OneSim VoIP solution have released an update for OneSimCard Direct, the company’s app-based extension to the SIM card that allows you to more easily answer calls as well as direct dial your contacts even while overseas.

The new version of Direct contains the following changes:

  • New Services added
  • Short Service’s Description added
  • Help moved under More Tab

The company also launched its OneSimCard Connect service on Android, which was launched last month on iOS. OneSimCard Connect allows you to make calls to a OneSimCard-powered phone at no cost from anywhere in the world with only a data connection required, as long as the OneSimCard customer you’re calling has the feature for this service activated. The activation can be done through the OneSimCard website.

The app also lets you send free SMS text messages to a OneSimCard phone. The text messages you send are also free for the OneSimCard customer receiving the messages.

OneSimCard customers now have plenty of options to avoid the dreaded “bill shock” when trying to keep in touch with family, friends, and colleagues while roaming abroad.
