Sony has posted to its official Twitter account and has hinted on the upcoming Android Jelly Bean updates for its Xperia line of smartphones. In the tweet pictured below, the company revealed that it will be announcing the detailed Jelly Bean update schedule in mid-December.
The company has already stated which phones will be updated to Jelly Bean, which includes all of the phones the company released in 2012. Those that will be getting the update include the Xperia J, P, S, T, TX, U, V, Acro S, Ion, and Go. The company has no plans at this time to update other smartphones. The Xperia T, TX and V will be among the first devices to get the update, which should happen in February.
