Even though the rates had dropped effective Sunday, July 1, customers in the UK and Europe were unable to view the new European Union rates for Tru SIM due to the rate checker being unavailable on the Truphone website.
The problem has been resolved earlier today and the new rates are now live. The new rates provide travelers terrific savings over what their local operators can offer, and can help international travelers save thousands on their roaming bills.
Keep in mind that these new rates are available only for residents in the UK and European Union. Tru SIM users in the USA and Australia should look forward to the standard rates they have always seen.
