The idea of an iPad Mini has been rattling around the tech rumor mill for awhile now, but this latest batch seems to refer to the iPhone‘s screen. It’s been 3.5 inches since the very beginning so would Apple change it for their flagship device?
According to the Wall Street Journal, apparently so. It’s reporting that manufacturers say Apple has placed an order for larger display screens for the next generation of iPhone, larger that the ones used in the iPhone thus far.
There’s no specifics on size, with the sources only going as far to say they are “at least” four inches. Apple, unsurprisingly, has declined to comment.
Imagine a world where the iPhone 5 has a 4-inch or larger screen. Are you excited yet?
