Truphone SIM, VoIP App, Tru Labs

Tru Labs, a startup within Truphone that is further developing Tru’s GSM and VoIP Application services, is currently looking to fill some open positions.

Tru Labs is apparently looking for an iOS Developer, a Build, Integration, and Test Engineer, a VoIP Network Engineer, and a Database Administrator.

According to the iOS Developer listing, the iOS Developer will be in charge of “maintaining and developing new features for the Tru iPhone and iPad applications. This will include the full application life cycle from designing, implementing, and documenting to releasing to the App Store.”

This coincides with part of the dedication to iOS and Android that Tru informed us about last month during our interview with Tru Labs’ Adam Linford.

One listing in particular that we found gave us a shimmer of hope for the further development and spread of the Tru SIM GSM network, which has been slow-going for about a year. Tru is looking to “tear down the walled gardens that most GSM networks create for themselves.” What exactly this means, we do not yet know, but we have pressed Tru regarding more information about the developing network and are awaiting a response.

Until then, if you see a position you feel would interest you, feel free to apply using the link below. Who knows? You could be the one who helps develop the next big thing!
