Nokia Lumia 900, Windows Phone, Microsoft OS

Arguably one of the best Windows Phone devices in 2012, Nokia’s Lumia 900 is available for preorder starting today in the UK through Phones4U and the Carphone Warehouse, with widespread availability expected “in the coming weeks.”

According to some reports, availability for the device could be as early as April 27th. The Carphone Warehouse’s landing page places the expected release date in May, but that is, of course, being labeled as “subject to change.”

The Nokia Lumia 900 is currently on sale in the U.S. and is already looking at becoming an early Windows Phone blockbuster. The UK variant of the Lumia 900 won’t differ dramatically from the 4.3-inch smartphone that just launched in the US. The major difference is the trade-in of LTE in favor of HSPA+.

Phones4U will be getting a white Lumia 900 as an online and in-store exclusive.

Many VoIP App users are able to utilize the stability and speed of Windows Phone 7, and with the upcoming release of Windows Phone 8, that performance is likely to improve. GSM SIM users should feel free to preorder this Windows Phone jewel as well.
